As we are having one of those days where it’s safer and better to stay in the office than be out on those snowy roads I thought I’d take the opportunity to wish everyone on our client list a Happy and Prosperus New Year and hope that you all have as good a year this year as we had last year, we showed steady growth in our business month on month and finished the year with an almighty great December!
Pinnacle continues to offer all the great services as before but we have also added some additional skills to our ever increasing repertoire and hope we can serve you even better in 2013. We are looking long term to become as paperless as we can in our pledge to help the environment and we hope to soon offer instant, electronic statements via our Dropbox account and each of you will receive an email with a link to your very own shared folder which will contain all paperwork in their respective sub-folders for each task we do for you which includes signed, scanned statements. Available in these folders will also be instant images from all visits we make while attempting our serves which will be time and date stamped and could prove very useful for applications for subservice should the need arise. This service is currently in beta test with a small number of or clients, if you wish to be involved in this testing, let us know.
We will shortly also be offering live webcam views of property visits/serves or indeed any other tasks we do for you via our Skype account and Smartphones or iPads, this way you too will get the experience of actually being there with us if you wish or feel the need to do so.
We have recently added to our growing list of surveillance and covert equipment with new gadgets to help facilitate time and date stamped images or video if needed. Our PC/Mobile Forensics services have really taken off and it seems to be a very much needed service out there, we are also currently adding to our stock of gadgets, software and skills needed to keep up to date with new technologies out there.
